1. Purpose of the Platform

KAMPUS is designed to provide a comprehensive, digital-first campus management system that streamlines academic, administrative, and communication processes within educational institutions.

Our services aim to:

• Simplify academic and administrative workflows.
• Facilitate communication between students, parents, teachers, and institutions.
• Ensure transparency in academic records, attendance, fee management, and institutional updates.
• Provide a secure platform for data storage, retrieval, and sharing.

The Platform is not a substitute for institutional decision-making. All final academic and administrative decisions rest with the respective educational institutions.

2. Eligibility to Use

KAMPUS Platform usage is restricted to only students, parents and teachers of those institutions, who have a service agreement with Sashikunja Educational Services LLP.

• Students: May use the Platform with institutional enrollment and, if under 18 years, parental/guardian consent.
• Parents/Guardians: May access their ward’s information as authorized by the institution.
• Teachers & Staff: Must be authorized by their institution to access and manage relevant modules.
• Institutions: Must enter into a valid subscription or service agreement with KAMPUS.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the educational intent of the services provided. You must not:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
• Misuse student, teacher, or institutional data.

4. Data Privacy and Security

KAMPUS values your privacy. All personal and institutional data shared with us will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard user data.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Sashikunja Educational Services LLP. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscription, Fees, and Payments

Institutions must subscribe to KAMPUS under agreed payment plans. Fees once paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted services, KAMPUS does not guarantee that access will be error-free or without downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, messaging services). We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of such third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

KAMPUS and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

10. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sashikunja Educational Services LLP and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Platform if they are found violating these Terms or engaging in unlawful activities.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
