Payment Model

License-Based Charges

KAMPUS services are charged on an individual user license basis. Payments for services are collected from individual users (students/parents) and not directly from institutions.

Payment Collection

All payments will be received by KAMPUS directly into its designated Bank Account through any of the accepted channels:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI
• NEFT/IMPS Transfers

Payments must be made on or before the 5th of every month.

Late Payment Penalty

Users failing to make payment by the due date (5th of every month) will be charged a penalty fee of ₹100 per month until the payment is received.

Disbursement to Institutions

The collected fees will be transferred to the respective institutions by KAMPUS on an agreed timeline basis (monthly or quarterly, as per mutual agreement).

Referral Pricing

• KAMPUS offers a referral-based subscription model to encourage user engagement and growth.
• Referral pricing ranges from ₹249 to ₹999 (depending on the plan applicable).
• Detailed terms, conditions, and benefits of referral-based subscriptions will be shared with users at the time of enrollment.

Taxes & Charges

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges, which will be levied as per prevailing laws and regulations.

Refund Policy

Payments once made to KAMPUS are strictly non-refundable.
